!!! Important Note for persons interested in that ALGORITHM: in the published LNCS article version, there are two typing errors, both within the first lines of page 54:
* Line 3: instead of $O$ it should be $O_S$.
* Line 9: instead of $O$ it should be $O_E$.
In the pseudocode on page 57, everything is correct, in particular, $I_S$ and $I_E$ are well defined there. The error in the definitions of $I_S$ and $I_E$ appears only in the text. These errors were corrected for the arxiv-Version !
