Regular registration: publication fee for Springer, whorkshop attendance, CD-ROM proceeding, postage, reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks, souvenir	Participants with accepted papers	US$300 (US dollor) or HK$2,325 (Hong Kong dollar)
Over-length page charge (if more than 10 pages)	Each additional page	US$50 or HK$390

1. Registration deadline for authors with accepted papers is June 10, 2009. Without a valid registration, the paper can not be published.

2. Each paper must be accompanied by at least one regular registration, and each regular registration covers the publication of only one accepted paper.

3. The production time of Springer is 2-3 months, the CD-ROM or printed book will be shipped to the author after the workshop. The regular registration fee includes postage.

4. Registration can be made in either US dollor or Hong Kong dollar.
